We can commence sessions at any time of the year, but please note, all bookings are termly.

For the referral process to begin a referral form (attached below) will need to be completed.

 

To confirm the booking we would then require:

• Referral form/s completed and returned

• Any relevant paperwork such as an EHCP , behaviour plan,  individual risk assessment.

• Decision made on whether we can meet the needs of the student

• If successful, a SLA including costs and hours will be agreed and signed

• Photo permission form and disclaimer completed and returned.

​We would be delighted to offer you a site visit and this can be organised by a member of our team.  Please contact our team to discuss bookings.  If we have no availability on the current course, we do have a waiting list for the next spaces available.
