What we do
We offer a therapeutic educational hands on experience focussing on animal and farm related topics and courses. This provision is aimed at children and young adults aged 5 to 19 and is used alongside schooling to help increase education, reduce barriers to learning and re-engage students.
By using these facilities alongside the tailored developmental programmes, we open up educational pathways and scaffold the experience to reduce the barriers to learning.
The courses offer a hands-on and educational experience where developmental resources and worksheets help to scaffold the hands-on practical learning. We have a variety of courses on offer including animal care, horticulture, equine care and environmental studies.
Our older students will focus on a variety of life skills, bespoke education and employment knowledge and can increase education by completing an Asdan accreditation and inhouse courses. We can offer a variety of courses including animal care, citizenship, environmental and gardening courses alongside PSHE , living independently and employability skills development
